Bugatti Chiron vs Dassault Rafale M F3 – A drag race not for the faint-hearted

It is not every day that one gets to describe a drag race. Bugatti has revealed a video and several images showing off the duel that took place at Dassault’s headquarters in France recently.

The drag race took place at an airstrip in Landivisiau, northwest France. The Chiron featured in the drag race is one of the only 20 units ever made of the ‘Les Légendes du Ciel’ edition. It is the French luxury marque’s way of honouring French aviation and the former Bugatti drivers of the golden age who also piloted airplanes.

The special edition Bugatti Chiron Sport ‘Les LeÌ gendes du Ciel,’ limited to just 20 units, packs a 8.0-litre W16 engine delivering a bonkers 1,500PS of power and 1,600Nm of torque. Paired to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, and all-wheel drive, the hypercar is capable of a top speed of 420kmph.  

The Bugatti Chiron Sport takes the lead soon after setting off. The hyper sports car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.4 seconds and to 200 km/h in 6.1 seconds. It takes 13.1 seconds to hit a speed of 300 km/h and 32.6 seconds to accelerate to 400 km/h, a speed at which pilot, Etienne, and the Rafale Marine look to match to take off. The aircraft hits 165 km/h after 150 meters and 210 km/h after 250 meters, and takes off after 450 meters at around 260 km/h.

“I moved away from the Rafale for the first few hundred meters, but after a few hundred more meters, he was about 20 meters above and next to me in the tunes. An incredible and fantastic spectacle,” explains Pierre-Henri Raphanel.

When he was winding up his nets Jesus met Peter and asked to give his boat as a pulpit as a stage for His work. Peter had a good heart to give his boat to Jesus even after all night of his toil become futile, but Jesus was certain to choose Peter’s boat. Peter did what Jesus was asked to him, giving his boat and Jesus sat down and thought the people from boat. Once he finished preaching he did not left Peter without rewarding him for letting his boat as pulpit for His work.

Expert Peter Replied Jesus From His Experience

Jesus said to Peter “Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.”(Luke 5:4 NIV). By this Peter was certain that Jesus has no idea about the lake of Gennesaret and fishing.

Peter replied to Jesus “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything”(Luke 5:5 NIV). By his reply Peter was teaching Jesus “master it’s not the time to catch fish- we’re at day now, night is the time to fish, I am an expert in fishing, I tried hard last night skillfully which is the right time for put down nets for fishing, but even at that proper time I catch nothing- so what makes sense to catch the fish at daytime when the sun is shining upon and piercing the water where we not get nothing.”

Respect For Jesus Words

But even though respecting Jesus as a master and a teacher Peter replied “But because you say so, I will let down the net.” Peter might think to himself ‘I will obey his command although I know the result will be futile.

Miracles At Obedience

When Peter did what Jesus said, there was a big catch of large number of fish that their nets began to break they took the help of their companions boats to help them and they reached for help, and filled both boats so full that they began to sink.


Peter astonished at the greatest catch of one net. Peter who was working since a long year in the same lake at same profession could not understand the way and the principles of this great catch. The moment was so astonishing for Peter. Never in his life he fished at night and sure this will be the greatest catch of fish throughout his profession. Strage thing happened out from all their experience. He couldn’t get time to realize as this was a miracle. But somehow understood and revealed about the foreknowledge of Jesus as a Master, Teacher and now has a Lord. Peter never expect that the word of Jesus turns into live miracle. Peter was sure by his reply “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything” now Peter with guilt on him for what he teached Jesus about his futile toil about past night and from his expertise.

Many often Jesus guide each of us out from our experience and expectations to be filled. But always our expectations are in seasons, we never expect at off seasons because we never saw it nor we get anything out off seasons- we say the time is gone. But Jesus assures us that His words and guidance bring miracles live for us.


Now he fell at Jesus knees and said “go away from me Lord I am a sinful man”-(even though I am an expertise in fishing and know every principle of fishing, about the lake, having great experience I never realized the greatest power of Your word, and You. You are so greater than all I have and I gained- above my experience, skills, knowledge, and confidence, so go away from me Lord I am a sinful man). Peter realised that Jesus was not as a normal Teacher or Master or Prophet, but His teachings, His word, astonishing live miracle revealed Jesus as Lord for Peter.

Because they learned Jesus differently on three occasions in this event- when Jesus was teaching on the boat, when Jesus said to down the nets, when they got the greatest catch of fish. Peter and his companion are well assured about the call of Jesus and whom they follow.

1. Anulom Vilom Pranayam or Alternate Nostril Breathing

  1. Sit in any meditative posture either Sukhasana or Padmasana
  2. Sit errect with spine upright.
  3. Using the right thumb, block the right nostril. Inhale through the left nostril for 2 seconds. Now block both nostrils and hold the breath for 4 seconds.
  4. Keep the left nostril blocked and release the right nostril. Exhale through the right nostril for 2 seconds.
  5. Now inhale through the right nostril for 2 seconds. Block both the nostrils and hold the breath for 4 seconds. Keep the right nostril blocked and release the left nostril.
  6. Exhale for 2 seconds from the left nostril. Block both the nostrils. Hold the breath in suspension for 2 seconds. This completes one single round. Start the cycle again this time inhaling from the right nostril. Repeat for a maximum of 10 rounds.
  7. Try to increase the counts of inhalation and exhalation with regular practice. Try to maintain the ratio of equal counts for inhalation, exhalation, and suspension of the breath while holding the breath for double the duration.

  3. Rest your forehead on the floor and relax your body.
  4. Inhale and raise your forehead, neck and then shoulders.
  5. Using your back muscles raise your chest, now use the strength of your arms to raise your trunk.
  6. Look upward breathing normally. This is the final position. In this your navel should not raise more than 3cm; with your pubic bones touching the floor. Hold this position for 20-25 seconds.
  7. To come back to starting position first exhale and then slowly lower your navel, chest, shoulders, neck, and forehead. Relax and take deep breaths.

  6. Stay in Savasana for five minutes for every 30 minutes of your practice.
  7. To exit the pose, first begin to deepen your breath. Bringing gentle movement and awareness back to your body, wiggling your fingers and toes. Roll to your right side and rest there for a moment. With an inhalation, gently press yourself into a comfortable seated position. Let your head be the last thing to come into place. Carry the peace and stillness of Savasana with you throughout the rest of your day.

Younger consumers like to experiment with creamer flavors to replicate custom coffee shop drinks. Chobani is releasing a S’mores flavored dairy creamer, while Planet Oat will be rolling out caramel and coffee cake-flavored oat milk creamers next month.

AI-created foods

Artificial intelligence is helping food companies create things we could have only dreamed of a couple years ago. Food technology company Perfect Day has created a protein it says is identical to dairy protein, yet it is completely vegan. The animal-free protein allows ice cream makers to create pints that taste like the real thing. Perfect Day’s whey protein is being used in several frozen “ice creams” including Brave Robot and Graeter’s. And get those bagels ready because the next classic dairy food that Perfect Day will be heading into is cream cheese.

Eat Just (formerly Hampton Creek) has used AI to create an egg-free product that is very similar to the one we’ve been using from chicken forever. The company was able to identify the protein in mung beans as a candidate for the egg replacer. NotCo, a company focused on finding plant-based alternatives to animal foods, has developed a non-dairy milk that behaves like dairy milk (it froths, foams and blends like dairy), but is made from pea protein, cabbage juice, pineapple juice and other plant ingredients.


Microgreens aren’t exactly new, but consumer appetite for them is at an all-time high. These tiny shoots are the baby counterparts of plants like carrots and broccoli. You may have enjoyed microgreens atop a meal at a high-end restaurant in the past, but now you can find them at the grocery store in myriad varieties, including Red Rambo radish, popcorn and wild cabbage. They’re not only colorful and cute, but also loaded with nutrients. A 2012 study found that microgreens have four to 40 times more nutrients than their mature counterparts. The tiny shoots are delicious atop egg dishes and sandwiches and can be added to salads and smoothies to boost flavor and nutrients.

You can also grow microgreens at home from seeds with kits from Hamama and Back to the Roots. It only takes 7 days to grow certain microgreens, which is a little faster than establishing your own sourdough starter.

Kelp is the new kale

Traditionally used in Japanese, Korean and Chinese cuisine for thousands of years, seaweed has been slow to break into mainstream American cuisine. Sure, you’ve eaten it in sushi and miso soup, and your kids might enjoy dried nori as a snack, but it’s unlikely to be a huge part of your diet.

Dried seaweed is one thing, but American consumers haven’t really known what to do with the fresh stuff, until now. Nutritionally kelp is a superstar, offering several minerals, including calcium, and B vitamins in each serving. And it’s an absolute dream in terms of sustainability. Kelp can go from seedling to 15-foot plant in a season, requires no fertilizer to grow and actually helps clean the water by removing the nutrients that cause algae blooms.
Look for Maine-farmed sea kelp (a subgroup of seaweed) in tasty preparations like Sea-Chi (kimchi made with kelp) from woman-run Atlantic Sea Farms. Or throw a kelp cube into your next smoothie for a 5-calorie nutrient boost. You can also find kelp in vegan broth and smokey Campfire Salsa, made with Alaskan-grown kelp.

Foods that fight climate change

Food production is a significant contributor to climate change, accounting for a quarter of global greenhouse gas emissions. But our food choices can help counteract the effects of climate change. This year Panera partnered with Cool Food to help customers identify menu items with a lower carbon footprint, like their Baja Bowl with Chicken. “We’re committed to transparency and empowering guests to eat in a way aligned with their own personal values, and this includes continuing to provide meal options with lower carbon footprints,” says Sara Burnett, VP of Food Values, Sustainability and Public Affairs at Panera.

Cool Food is in talks with several restaurants, caterers and food companies and hopes to bring the Cool Food meal badge to more Americans in 2021.

A better spice trade

Most of us don’t overthink it when it comes to spices. If we need cinnamon to make a batch of snickerdoodles, we grab a bottle at our local grocery store, without considering how that cinnamon made it there. Spices are a commodity and they traditionally haven’t focused on quality, flavor, sustainability or equity for farmers, but rather price — the cheaper the better. But a handful of new players in the spice world are working to change that.

Burlap & Barrel was founded four years ago by two young entrepreneurs who wanted to change the spice industry. They source direct from farmers in 14 different countries, bypassing middlemen and brokers. This allows them to bring new and unique heirloom varietals to customers, which means that they don’t just sell cinnamon and turmeric, they sell Royal Cinnamon from the Quang Nam Mountains in Vietnam and New Harvest Turmeric from Karnataka, India.
Spicewalla and Diaspora Co. are two other companies changing the world of spice. The latter is woman-owned and focuses specifically on spices grown in India, like single origin Nandini coriander, which is incredibly fragrant, sourced from the Sakariya family farm, and named after the family cow. Spicewalla is located in Asheville, North Carolina of all places, about as far from a spice growing region as you can get, but the founder knows a thing or two about spices. Chef Meherwan Irani of Chai Pani sources super fresh spices from around the globe and packages them up in colorful tins that look fantastic on your kitchen counter.

Elevated condiments

As the pandemic stretches on, consumers are missing their favorite restaurant foods and are trying to replicate these flavors at home. This has led to an increased demand for authentic sauces, chutneys, and seasoning blends that home cooks can use to create Latin, Asian, African and Caribbean-inspired dishes.

Seeing a need for higher quality Latinseasonings than what they could find on grocery shelves, New York-based, Latinx-owned Loisa launched in 2018. They make certified organic adobo and sazon blends that are vegan, gluten-free and don’t contain artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. Adobo, made from garlic, turmeric, oregano and black pepper, is used in several Filipino and Puerto Rican dishes, including mofongo. Sazon — a blend of coriander, cumin, achiote, garlic, oregano and salt and pepper — is used in hundreds of recipes, including black beans and rice and grilled chicken.

Indian food is no stranger to bold flavors and spices and Brooklyn Delhi is helping folks create those tastes at home. Their top-selling Tomato Achaar, a sweet-tangy-spicy sauce, is made from locally grown tomatoes, tamarind, Indian spices, chili powder and sesame oil. While achaar is traditionally used with dal and curry, you can use it to top almost anything. 
While these established brands saw sales soar during the pandemic, a sister-owned startup called Omsom launched in May of this year, at the height of the crisis. Vanessa and Kim Pham had an inkling that with so many people stuck at home rediscovering the joys of cooking, it was the perfect time to launch their line of Southeast and East Asian starters (all vegan and gluten-free), which include the sauce and seasonings you’ll need to make a meal, such as Korean bulgogi. You add the veggies and protein. Think of these starters as the modern-day equivalent of Hamburger Helper, but a whole lot tastier.

Identify Your Talents

In life its most likely you will be asked by someone ‘What you’re good at?’ or most probably even yourself think about it. If you do not have an immediate answer to such a question – or your are not certain about your talents, you may well come to the conclusion that you are not good at anything. Unfortunately, this kind of uncertainty answers or thinking is harmful and unproductive.

 It is very important to discover your talent in life. If you are yet to discover your talent, how can you know the talent you possess and how to use it?

Understand your nature

Understand your nature. Your nature is like a compass that gives direction to how and where to discover your talent. Your nature is defined by your genetic behaviour, character, and instinct. The understanding of your nature will lead you to discover your talent. Therefore, learn more about yourself. Understand why you act the way you do. Know your emotions. Pay attention to your instinct. Go with a online personality tests you can take to have a better understanding of yourself. 

Ask your closest friends and family members what they think you do best and what you are good at. If you don’t want to ask directly, then think about compliments you usually receive, relating to things you have done.

Accept Changes

It’s often said that change is a constant thing. As humans, we always wish for a change. However, it could be a change in status, surroundings, character, or situation. That’s right, the best way to get to know yourself and learn about your talents is to invest in a range of different experiences. Try new activities you’ve never tried before and even if you find that you’re not as good at them as you hoped you might be, you’ll be discovering more about yourself in doing so.

Change is a desire and it has the ability to push us towards discovering our talent in life. What change do you desire?  When do you desire a change? How much change do you want to see? Why is it important?  Your desire for a change will surely lead you to discover your talent.

Understand your inner child

Sometimes the people who have known us the longest are the people who know us the best. Ask your family what you used to do as a kid – maybe you always played alone, with friends, made up stories, wrote, drew, acted out scenes, played baseball, read books. More than likely these are things you still love today, but some things we easily forget as we grow into responsible, mature, serious adults.

Despite our transition to adulthood, the Inner child is very much alive within us. People always say “do away with childish things and assume your adulthood life,” forgetting that Adulthood is not psychologically defined in age, body features and stature but in the ability to understand oneself, associate with oneself, and ability to connect with both the inner child and the inner adult. Understand the circumstances that made you feel neglected, disparaged, abandoned or rejected. Understanding and connecting with your inner child will guide your present behaviour and predict future outcomes. Hence, it will lead you to discover your talent.

Face struggles positively

Without struggle, you won’t know the level of your strength. Struggling is our way of getting what we deserve. The more you struggle, the more you realize how far you can go and how close you get to achieving your dream. The Struggles prompts you to unveiles your talents.

Life struggles make us realize our initial limit point, and then help us to stretch the limit point and build resilience in us. Your struggles will help you discover your talent and lead you to success.

Helping Others

Helping others gives meaning to your life and existence. When you have the spirit of helping others, you constantly think of people’s problem and how to solve it. In the process to solve people’s problem, your talent will be unveiled. Helping other people will help you to build your capacity, make you relevant and help you to unleash your potentials.

Look talents of others

Sometimes being inspired by others’ talents makes us realize what we’re good at, too. If you are a writer and you read something that absolutely connects with your soul, try to define what exactly lit you up. Conversely, if you see talent in others and feel jealous you can use this to your advantage as well. Ask this person to mentor you, give you advice or simply chat over coffee. Reaching out and seeing talent in others will open up opportunities and connections while helping you define your own.

Mastering your skills

In today’s world, there are so many things to learn, and experience, yet most people would rather stick to what they already know, and not bother to take a chance, and experience something new. If you were to ask somebody what may prevent them from learning a new skill, they would say time as an excuse or not interested or am not the right person.

How do you go master your skill or start from zero skill(new skill) to master skill? It’s all about the right kind of practice and monitoring your progress along the way. It turns out any skill progressively to master skills. Here I mentioned 10 steps to turn your skills to master skills progressively.

1. Determine the Skill You Want to Master

What are the skills you’ll have to develop to make your dreams a reality? According to Brendon, high achievers have a written game plan for their personal development. They know exactly where they have to grow and become better at achieving their mission.

Once you know where you want to go in your life, you can identify the skills you need to master. Pick the most critical skill and start working on it immediately.

Let’s say you want to positively influence people and become a leader, for example. An essential skill for you to develop would, therefore, be public speaking.

2. Set Specific Stretch Goals on Your Path to Developing That Skill

Never start with S.M.A.R.T goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound). You want your goals to fuel your motivation and to drive you. S.M.A.R.T goals are not wrong, but just too realistic. What’s realistic to you now can easily be small-minded to your future self.

Your goals should make you stretch yourself and force you to achieve a level of performance you previously thought of as impossible.

Start small.

  • Read your speech from a piece of paper.
  • Use only half of the paper
  • Use only bullet points
  • Record your self
  • Give your speech to your family
  • Make Youtube video
  • Join a toastmasters club
  • Give your speech in schools
  • Give your speech in enterprises

Work your way up, but never forget your overall goal of positively influence people and becoming a leader.

3. Attach a High Level of Emotion to Your Goal

Feel how it would hurt not to achieve your goals. Feel how good it would be to positively influence people and become a leader.

Allow yourself to get frustrated and fired up. Feelings are what drives us. Don’t try to cut them out or cover them up.

4. Identify Critical Factors to Your Success

Twenty percent of the things you do get 80 percent of your results. This is called Pareto’s Principle. If you want to become successful, you must identify the factors that move the needle. Don’t just do what everybody else is doing and hope for a different outcome. Instead, track down experts and find out what moved the needle for them.

Stick to proven practices and avoid getting lost in different opinions and suggestions. For public speaking, this could mean mastering the art of storytelling. Stick to the hero’s journey until you learn it.

5. Start to Visualise What Success and Failure Look Like

Start every morning by visualising the skill you want to learn. Imagine how you perform the skill successfully and feel the positive feelings associated with your performance.

Don’t forget to contrast by imagining what could go wrong and how your life would look like if you wouldn’t learn the skill. This should give you a sense of urgency, and together with the positive feelings you brought forth earlier, lead to a burst of motivation.

Start every morning by visualising, giving a powerful speech, and positively influencing people. Imagine the good and bad, what could go wrong, and where you could get better. Use your emotions to make your visualisation as real as possible.

6. Schedule Challenging Practices Developed by Experts

You can only label something as a distraction if you know what it is distracting you from. A calendar is your secret weapon. After a look at your schedule, it should be immediately apparent what you’re working on and about to achieve. You should note deadlines, daily action items, practice sessions, feedback rounds, and time to reflect in your calendar.

Even if you don’t have a coach, read books by experts, schedule time, and practice as if they would stand right next to you. Schedule your speaking practices and make sure to challenge yourself continually.

7. Measure Your Progress and Get Outside Feedback

Progress is the biggest motivator out there. Measuring your progress will give you an immense motivational boost. Sometimes it’s hard to get feedback if you practice on your own.

The sooner you get outside feedback on your performance, the better. There are countless mistakes one could make. You don’t have to make them all by yourself; a good coach can guide you and facilitate the journey.

Give free speeches for your friends and to nonprofit organisations to get more practice. Instead of payment, let them give you honest feedback.

8. Socialize Your Learning by Practicing With Others

Start talking openly about your goals and dreams. Yes, this will make you an easy target for all the naysayers, but it will also make space for mentors to show up in your life. A mentor can challenge you and guide you.

At some point, it’s time to train and compete with people that are better than you. You can learn from them by observing, and you have ongoing motivation to stretch yourself.

To improve your speaking skills, start your own local toastmaster’s group, and get better together.

9. Continually Set Higher Goals

In the gym, a common misconception is that training should feel more comfortable if you progress. Yes, if you never increase the weights you use, they will start to feel light. But you will also stop making progress. To continue growing, you must adapt the loads you use — it should never feel easy.

The same principle applies to every skill you want to develop. I don’t say you shouldn’t be happy if you achieve a goal. The opposite is true. I encourage you to celebrate every small win like you just won the lottery. This is what keeps you motivated. But afterwards, you should use the motivation to set new goals and to go for them with full force.

Set targets to speak in front of 1, 2, 5, 10 … people. Until you gain the confidence to speak in front of thousands.

10. Teach Others What You’re Learning

Teaching is the ultimate test to prove that you understood something. But as soon as someone starts asking you questions, you should better be prepared, or your illusion of competence will be destroyed quickly.

Mentor new speakers, course a public speaking, or an online course.
